Congratulations to Rory Bugden

Rory Bugden is a dedicated electrical engineering student at UNSW Canberra, enrolled in the Chief of Defence Force Students Program for high achievers. Often the sole female in her classes, she has excelled academically despite significant challenges, such as completing high school during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rory has volunteered at the YWCA computer clubhouse and served as a digital technologies tutor for the Curious Minds Girls in STEM camp. She aspires to support the defence force in electrical engineering, focusing on computer science. Rory is an inspiring role model for young women pursuing STEM careers.
