DESCRIPTION:This notice is to advise of the upcoming General Meeting of the members of Women in Information & Communication at 6pm on 6 March 2020 at The Duxton\, 8 Macpherson Street O’Connor ACT 2602. \nThe following special resolution/s will be proposed at the general meeting: \n1.  The members resolve that Women in Information & Communication replaces the Association Rules dated October 2014 with the updated Association Rules dated February 2020 \n2.  All outstanding financial audits are approved. \nProxy appointments \nYou are entitled to appoint another member as proxy by providing the completed appointment of proxy form to the Secretary at the above address no later than 24 hours before the meeting. \nReference documents \nMembers can request the following documents by email request to info@wic.org.au\, requested documents will be issued by 28 Feb 2020: \n\nGeneral meeting agenda\nProposed Association Rules dated February 2020\nAppointment of proxy form\nAudit reports for outstanding financial statements\n\n  \n
